Georgetown Thai Cuisine celebrated its 10th Anniversary with a special ‘Thai Day Downtown’ earlier this month. Guests participated in Muay Thai demonstrations, courtesy of Georgetown’s CircaFit, enjoyed authentic Thai massage and witnessed traditional Thai paper umbrella painting and fruit carving. A free buffet was offered, inside the restaurant, for all attendees. The Thai Dance Troupe of Ottawa performed interactive dances throughout the afternoon. Georgetown Thai Cuisine owners Kate and Mai were proud to share their culture and give back to the community that has been so supportive of them over the years.
